General Information


All reservations must be guaranteed by valid credit card. If you don’t have credit card you will be required to prepay for the room in advance.

Cancellation policy:

48 hr cancellation before your arrival date is required on all reservations (holidays and special events excluded, please check below). If you do not cancel your guaranteed reservation in the required time you will be charged for the first night and the remainder of your stay will be canceled (if more than one night was booked).

Special events:

4th of July reservations require 2 nights minimum stay and have 14 days cancellation policy.

Multiple room reservations have 14 days cancellation policy and prepayments are required.

Special events reservations will be charged for confirmed reservation period if not canceled in required time.


Online Booking

Check in - 3 pm
Check out - 11 am

Early check in is based on availability and room occupancy from the night before. There is a $20.00 charge for early check in. Late check outs between 11am - 2pm will be charged $20.00. Check outs after 2 pm will be charged a full day room’s rate. This service is based on availability and not a guarantee. Must be approved by Front Desk Staff.

Payment Types: We accept American Express, Visa, Master card, Discover and cash (with a minimum $50.00 damage deposit). Personal checks are no longer accepted.

Security: Our 24 hour desk offers the peace of mind and security you should expect. Exterior doors to the building are locked from 11pm - 7am where hotel guests may only enter with their key. Interior corridors are well lit 24 hours a day.

Smoking/Non-Smoking Rooms: We are 100% smoke free property and have a high standard for keeping our non-smoking rooms clean and do enforce fines of $150.00 to those who smoke in our non-smoking rooms and other non-smoking common areas. All common areas, including the pool and lobby are non-smoking.

Parking: There is a large lot to hold trailers and a large lot across the street for overflow parking.
